Ducati 350 Mark 3D (1971-75)
The Ducati 350 Mark 3D motorcycle was produced from 1971 to 1975 and had a four-stroke, single-cylinder engine with a capacity of 340.2cc. The compression ratio was 10.0:1 and it had a Dell’Orto SS129D induction system, points ignition, and a 6V30W generator. The kick-started bike had a maximum power output of 24.8 kW at 8500 rpm and was equipped with a wet multiplate clutch, a 5-speed transmission, and a chain final drive with a ratio of 3.214:1. It had a front suspension system made up of a 35 mm Marzocchi telescopic hydraulic fork, while the rear suspension consisted of a swingarm and twin Marzocchi shocks that were 3-way adjustable. Braking was provided by 180 mm and 160 mm drums at the front and rear respectively, while the tyres were 2.75-18 at the front and 3.00-18 at the rear.
