Honda MTX125R (1986-90)

The Honda MTX125R was a motorcycle produced from 1986-1990. It was equipped with a two-stroke, single cylinder engine with a capacity of 124 cc and a compression ratio of 7.6:1. The ignition was CDI and starting was done by kick. The maximum power output was 18.1 hp at 8700 rpm, and the maximum torque was 15.5 Nm at 7200 rpm. The transmission featured six speeds and the final drive was through a chain.

The bike had a liquid-cooled system and used a 24mm Keihin carburetor for induction. The front suspension consisted of air-adjustable hydraulic forks with a front wheel travel of 230 mm.
