Paton 500 V115 (1986-92)

The Paton 500 V115 motorcycle was produced from 1986 to 1992 and featured a 4-cylinder, 2-stroke V-115 degree engine with a capacity of 492cc. It had a bore and stroke of 56 x 50mm, and was equipped with 4 Keihin 36mm carburetors and liquid cooling with digital CDI Denso ignition. The motorcycle had a dry, multiplate clutch and could reach a maximum power of 110 kW / 150 hp at 12000 rpm. The transmission was a 6-speed constant mesh with chain final drive. The frame was a sloping twin-spar aluminum design and the front suspension was a fully adjustable Ohlins upside-down 40mm fork. The rear suspension was also fully adjustable Ohlins. Braking was provided by a 320mm double-disc carbon Brembo caliper in the front and a 220mm single-disc with a 2-piston Brembo caliper in the rear. The Paton 500 V115 was available in racing green and racing red.
