Yamaha SR125 (1992-03)

The Yamaha SR125 was produced from 1992 to 2003, featuring a four-stroke, single-cylinder engine with an OHV and two valves. It has a displacement of 125cc and a compression ratio of 10.0:1. The Teikei Y24P/1 carburetor provides induction, while CDI supplies ignition.

Electric starting makes it easy to get going, and the motorcycle reaches a top power output of 12 hp at 8,500 rpm and 9.8 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. A five-speed transmission and chain final drive allow riders to shift gears efficiently.

Telescopic forks and dual shocks are used in the front and rear suspensions respectively, and they offer 120mm of wheel travel in the front and 78mm in the rear. The front of the SR125 is stopped by a single 237mm disc brake, while a 130mm drum brake is used at the rear.
