The Yamaha XV920R was produced from 1981-82 and was a four-stroke, 75-degree V-twin cylinder, SOHC engine with 2 valves per cylinder. Its capacity was 920cc with a bore and stroke of 92 69.2mm and a cooling system that was air-cooled. The compression ratio was 8.3:1 and it had 2x 40mm Hitachi carburetors for induction.
