Honda NSR250R by TYGA Performance (2015)

The Honda NSR250R by TYGA Performance is a modified motorcycle with a 300cc engine that has been upgraded with a big bore kit, porting, Wiseco Pistons, VHM heads, and a lightened flywheel. The cooling system features an HRC NSR250 F3 triple core radiator and water pump cover. The exhaust is a stainless steel system with carbon/Kevlar silencers and specially machined manifolds. Induction includes HRC factory NSR250 Keihin 38 mm test carburetors, HRC RS250 NF5 inlet manifolds, Aktive carbon reeds, and a custom carbon air-box. Ignition is powered by an HRC key card and RS250 NF5 spark plugs and caps. The transmission is a close ratio gearbox with an RK chain and rear sprocket.

The frame is a stock TYGA Performance lightweight sub-frame with an HRC swing arm and rear hub by NSR-World. The bike features Yamaha TZR250 3MA handlebars, a TYGA Performance lightweight upper stay and meter stay, and an Ohlins steering damper. Front suspension includes CBR600RR forks re-sprung and held in bespoke TYGA Triples4. Rear suspension is aided by an Ohlins NSR250 rear shock.

Front brakes feature a Brembo M4 cast monoblock CBR1000RR radial-type master cylinder with Honda RC45 discs and HEL brake lines. The rear brake is a Brembo P2 cast caliper with a TYGA Performance mounting bracket and hidden HEL brake line in the swing arm. The wheels are a Honda HRC RS250 Magnesium front (17 X3.5) and Marchesini rear (17 X 5.5) with Pirelli Diablo Super Corsa tires.

Bodywork is custom-made by TYGA Performance from lightweight carbon/Kevlar and includes custom LED lighting, a lithium battery, carbon clutch and generator covers, swing arm cover, CNC fuel filler cap, pre-load adjusters, lightweight axle spacers, HRC rear brake reservoir, HRC radiator overflow bottle, and carbon fairing mounts with GP quick release fasteners.
