The Kawasaki ZZR 1400 (also known as the ZX-14) was produced in 2017 and 2018. It has a four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder engine with DOHC and four valves per cylinder, as well as a capacity of 1441 cc or 87.9 cu-in. The compression ratio is 12.3:1 and the cooling system is liquid cooled. The induction system uses DFI (R) with four 44mm Mikuni throttle bodies, while the ignition system uses TCBI with Digital Advance. The motorcycle can start electrically and has a max power of 140 kW or 190 hp at 9500 rpm.
