Laverda 750S (1969-70)

The Laverda 750S was produced from 1969 to 1970 and featured a four-stroke, parallel twin-cylinder engine with a capacity of 744cc. It had a compression ratio of 9.5:1 and was cooled by air. The bike had a maximum power output of 60 hp (43.7 kW) at 6900 rpm thanks to its 2x 29mm Dell’Orto vhb30 carburetors. The 5-speed transmission delivered power to the chain final drive. The front suspension featured Marzocchi telescopic forks and the rear suspension had swinging arm dual shocks. The front and rear brakes were both drums, with the front being 230mm and the rear being 200mm in size. The Laverda 750S had a wet weight of 231 kg (509.3 lbs) and could hold 19 litres (5.0 US gal) of fuel.
