Suzuki GT550 (1970-71)

The Suzuki GT550J was a motorcycle produced in 1970-1971, powered by a two-stroke, transverse three-cylinder engine with a capacity of 543 cc. With three 28mm Mikuni carburetors and an ignition system of battery/coil with contact breakers, the motorcycle was capable of producing a max power of 53 hp at 7500 rpm and max torque of 53 Nm at 6000 rpm. The frame was made up of welded mild steel tubing, with a 5-speed transmission and a final drive of chain, endless 530. The front suspension consisted of a telehydraulic fork, while the rear suspension was dual shocks swinging fork preload adjustable.
