Triumph T100T Daytona 500 (1967-74)
The Triumph Daytona T100T was a motorcycle manufactured from 1967-74. It boasted a four-stroke, parallel twin-cylinder, OHV engine with 2 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 490 cc. The compression ratio was 9.0:1 and the bike was air-cooled. It had 2 x 26 mm Amal carburetors and a mechanical ignition. The bike started via kick and had a maximum power output of 31 kW/41 hp at 7400 rpm. The transmission was a 4-speed and the final drive was via chain. The bike had Telescopic hydraulic forks for front suspension and a swinging arm, hydraulic damped rear suspension.
